Shift:6:45am - 3:30pmPay:25-30hrDescription:This person will be responsible for a variety of duties in the maintenance department:-Carry out repairs of site equipment in a safe and thorough manner.-As repairs are completed, inspect equipment for safe operation, and correct/report needed follow-up repairs to supervision.-If additional materials are needed to complete repairs, fill out the appropriate Spares Request form and forward to supervision.-Inspect equipment and review permits for maintenance work before repairs.-When repairs are completed, check out equipment and assure housekeeping is satisfactory.-Preventative maintenance work based on schedule or work orders-Need to be Mechanically inclined. It is 95% mechanical. They will be doing repairs on piping, pumps, steam boilers, some water testing, and gear boxesWill be with fixing pumps used to transport materials through machinesAccountable for replacing bearings on various machines as neededWork with 240 Volt circuit breakers to ensure all were turned off before working on machinesFamiliar using lock out tag out protocol to ensure safe work environmentUtilize multiple hand and power tools to complete tasksSkills:Maintenance Mechanic, hydraulic pumps, electrical troubleshooting, allen-bradley, liquid handling, Troubleshooting, Industrial, Maintenance technician, Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatics, Production, positive displacement, Centrifugal, Air pumps, pnuematicsTop Skills Details:Maintenance Mechanic,hydraulic pumps,electrical troubleshooting,allen-bradley,liquid handlingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Prior industrial mechanical maintenance experience would be a strong asset but it’s not required;Experience in basic industrial electrical systems and control systemsAbility to read, interpret, and understand technical literature/manualsMechanical and technical aptitudeExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
