Responsibilities
Perform a variety of analytical tasks which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment Perform with some latitude for un-reviewed actions and decisions
Plan and perform analytical and engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering and customer specifications
Coordinate the activities of technicians assigned to specific analytical projects
Code applications and tests to software requirements
Analyze detail systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and reliability characteristics
Write or update software specifications
Record all inputs and outputs of systems, including file sizes, data bank requirements, variability of information and appropriate statistical measures such as frequency, volume, peaking, etc.
Prepare and updates documentation for new or existing systems
Troubleshoot and provide technical support and solutions to users
Monitor system effectiveness in satisfying user needs
Qualifications
Desirable Skills / Experience:
Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in systems analysis and design
Proficiency in the use of one or more specific technologies, depending on job assignment
Clearance Required: TS/SCI prior to consideration. CI Poly desired but not required.
Baseline Certification: ITIL Prefered
Education/Years of Experience:
HS or GED and 10 years experience
Associates and 8 years experience
BS and 6 years experience
MS and 4 years experience
