Electronic Warfare Trainer, Senior
Key Role:

Develop and deliver cyberspace and electronic warfare operational training at the Brigade, Division, and Corps levels. Support cyber and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) operations to deliver training effects during the conduct of electromagnetic warfare missions, including Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic protection (EP), and Electronic Support (ES). Support electronic warfare staff integration, synchronization and understand the target development process in support to the Mission Command. Plan and integrate capabilities to enable commanders to mass effects and gain advantages in the cyber and electronic warfare domain, EMS, and across other domains during multi-domain operations (MDO), in support of unified land operations (ULO). This role will require up to 25% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of training and work groups.

Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience in a Uniformed Service
-15 years of experience with supporting operations related to Cyber or Electronic Warfare (EW)
-Experience with integrating Army Electronic Warfare doctrine, the steps of the Military Decision making Process (MDMP), and the Intelligence Preparation of the Battle Space (IPB) process
-Experience with applying basic electricity and the electromagnetic spectrum theories as they relate to electronic warfare tasks
-Experience with performing the basic functions of EW tools such as E-Space, BUILDER, EW Planning Management Tool (EWPMT), Secure Web Based Programs, convoy planning tool and spectrum analyzer
-Experience with integrating the relationship of spectrum management, EW planning and targeting as they apply to Army EW
-Experience with EW organizations and staff planning for targeting, and how to integrate, coordinate, execute and assess
-Experience with EW capabilities with ground operations across the full spectrum of military operations at the Division and Corps level
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with curriculum training development
-Experience with producing written reports and evaluations
-Knowledge of CIED principles
-Ability to prepare and present briefings at the Company level and higher
-Graduate of a Uniformed Service Cyber or Electronic Warfare School
-Military Instructor training certification
