Job Description

  • 8-10 years Overall experience with atleast 5-6 years in PKI
  • Good to have Design and must have implementation experience of Windows Active Directory Certificate Services, HSMs, NDES, Certificate Enrollment Web Services, Certificate Enrollment Policy Web Service, and Internet Information Services (IIS) etc
  • Good to have Design and must have implementation of certificate revocation servers like Online Responder service (OCSP) and Certificate Revocation List (CRL) servers.
  • Strong knowledge on installation and configuration of CAs (both root and enterprise CAs) and having experience in installing and configuring HSM is an added advantage.
  • Extensive experience in managing PKI related Operational processes and good understanding on different use-case for certificate based authentication.
  • Experience in working with various External PKI Vendors like Digicert, Sectigo etc and should have strong understanding on their features and ways of workingPKI Migration
  • Experience with troubleshooting abilities at domain level.
  • Experience in working with X.509 PKI, Common PKI-based protocols, including SSL and TLS, HTTP, or LDAP
  • Strong understanding of X.509, RSA, SSL/TLS, and certificate lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience in working on CLM solutions like Venafi, AppviewX, Keyfactor etc and their use cases.
  • Good understanding of S/MIME, Wild Cards, SAN certificate; hashing standards like SHA-1/SHA-2; certificate lifecycle challenges and the understanding of how to mitigate.
  • Experience in working on PKI integration use-cases with HSM/KMS On-premise/cloud solution would be an added advantage.
  • Promote best practices to ensure the risk profile is minimized and security posture is enhanced.

    Good to have:
  • Good understanding of concepts like BYOK, BYOE solutions in public clouds.Candidates having hands-on experience in Java based script and development.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP & SSL and application protocols including HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SOAP, REST
  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training s, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
