Enterprise Agile Coach – Principal Program ManagerPermanent Opportunity in Duluth, GA

Overview:Serving as the subject matter expert on agile principles, methodologies, and best practices, the Enterprise Agile Coach will guide and mentor product and engineering teams as the company transitions to a product operating model/ agile delivery. He/She will help drive a smooth transition into the Agile/ Product mindset across the enterprise, utilizing organizational and industry best practices. The Agile Coach will play a critical role within the company, helping to establish agile standards as well as develop and improve agile processes to yield high-performing teams and providing hands-on guidance. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will work closely with executives, leaders, teams, and business partners throughout the organization to ensure effective value delivery based upon defined agile values & principles. You will drive coaching, training, and improvement initiatives to increase agility, engagement, efficiency, predictability, innovation, productivity, and quality across an enterprise organization. You will champion, evangelize, and inspire teams to continuously improve the way our organization plans, builds, designs, delivers, and supports our products and services, leading by example. The goal is to coach, teach, mentor, motivate, and encourage each team to self-sustainability of agile practices. The Enterprise Agile Coach has worked their career in order to coach those around them and is able to evolve through the agile transformation journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Drive Agile principles, values, behaviors, & methodologies that are scalable
  • Leverage agile metrics to customize training approaches and support the specific needs of our teams
  • Cultivate an environment of trust and positivity and assist with problem-solving
  • Build deep and impactful relationships with Engineering and Product leaders to influence change and partner on agile delivery at scale
  • Foster a continuous learning and improvement culture across teams
  • Create lasting partnerships with all team members and stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor team members and other leaders
  • Scale the ways we can reach, coach, and empower everyone within the organization with the skills necessary to effectively deliver
  • Actively support the career growth and development of the Agile team members
  • Encourage a balanced work pipeline that reduces technical debt, provides business value, and delivers value for customers
  • Monitor and measure the success of our client’s transition to a product operating model of agile delivery
  • Build alignment amongst other executives and teams for your vision, and generate excitement and passion within your team to deliver on that vision together

Requirements:
  • Someone with 8+ years of experience in technology organizations leading transformation and coaching teams
  • Coach who has the skill and ability to influence and lead by example
  • Have led a large-scale transformation in an organization of 3000+ resources
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence, including the ability to succinctly communicate vision and strategy
  • Knowledgeable of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding into practical and relevant behaviors, culture, and practices, at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated consultant and facilitator leading large organizations in the transformation, adoption, and improvement of Agile methodologies.
  • Courageous communicator, storyteller, able to tailor the message to the right level up and down the organizational chart
  • Team player who collaborates well and can work with stakeholders across all levels
  • Organizer with strong attention-to-detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborative Partner with key stakeholders and team members to help them in their journey of adopting Agile methodology
  • Coach and Trainer at the enterprise, program, and team levels in an emerging Agile environment

Compensation:
  • $180,00 to $200,000 depending on experience
  • 20% bonus
  • Equity
