Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in managing technical projects and programs
3 years of experience in people management
Preferred qualifications:Master's degree or MBA with an emphasis on financial analytics
Experience in Data Centers, mission critical, or manufacturing facilities operations or projects
Flexible in shifting between detailed analysis and customize communication based on the audience
Well versed with financial decision models and business cases (TCO, ROI analysis, etc)
Excellent problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills
In this role, your mission is to perform product level acceptance testing of a wide array of new hardware by evaluating products intended for Google data centers against requirements that span safety, security, serviceability and reliability.You will leverage your testing experience and deep knowledge of program management processesBehind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. Scope, plan, and manage projects, including management of associated financial and human resources
Provide management with forecasts of project deliverables, key performance indicators, metrics, and detailed status updates
Present your team's analyses, recommendations, and approaches to stakeholders and executive management
Initiate new programs and projects, identify and deliver features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, safety, and efficiency, based on prioritized needs
