We are looking for someone to join the team with the following preferred experience and capabilities:

  • Solid understanding of full application lifecycle management on cloud native stack (kubernetes, istio, prometheus and other related technologies).
  • Strong social skills, product definition and delivery skills and hands on customer engagement experience.
  • Hands on experiences working on aspects of Developer Experiences, Platform as a service functions, compute, network, storage, service mesh etc)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of kubernetes, containerization, virtualization (kvm), containerization, and various developer tools
  • Strong experience in DevSecOps - Shift left testing, Policy Driven enforcement (OPA)
  • Experience with commercial and open source security applications and technologies, as well as related protocols and tools
  • Infrastructure optimizations on kubernetes and other cloud services (HPA, VPA, Scheduling and Resource Optimizations)
  • Knowledge and understanding across a wide breadth of technology domains, with the ability to quickly assimilate the inter-relationships of various subject areas
  • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and to comprehend complex business initiatives
  • Be able to articulate product requirements to various audiences (high level to deep low level technical).
  • Experience collaborating with a team of developers, architects and/or product managers in a cloud related product/service
  • Good leadership skills; self-motivated; build clarity; Phenomenal teammate; "Can Do" demeanor
Additional Preferred Responsibilities & Skills:
  • Customer engagement management
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps Engineers, Partners, Internal customers, Product Managers & Management
  • Lead reporting on a portfolio of products/ tools
  • Periodic and timely reporting to management, customers and other partners
  • Manage organization, tracking and delivery of cloud-based automation solutions
  • Build repeatable structures that help usher in operational rigor promotes access to management, customers and partner teams.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills - Building, leading and instilling teams with a constant focus on accountability, delivery, and positive customer experiences.
  • Be a top performer who thrives in a very fast-paced team, thinks critically, delivers quickly, and collaborates across a variety of functions.
  • Demonstrate strong internal drive, a tenacious spirit, a collaborative method of working
  • Drive delivery of sophisticated technology projects on time.
  • Excellent communication skills, tact, collaboration, good judgment and instincts are important success factors for this role. You know how to get things done and get the best out of your collaborators without burning your bridges.
