Monday-Friday days schedule.
Compensation is salaried with no quotas.
Company car provided (personal use is perfectly fine).

The RN Hospice Clinical Liaison role requires a very special type of nurse. Someone with excellent clinical skills for patient assessment, medical record review, and evaluating hospice appropriateness. Someone with exceptional relationship skills for working with medical professionals and discharge teams at our intake referral facilities. Someone with a unique balance of sensitivity and compassion for working with patients and families at one of the most vulnerable times.
If you have worked in hospice and have experience as a clinical liaison, discharge planner, case manager, and/or educator, we would love to speak with you.
The company is a well established and highly rated hospice company with an outstanding presence in the Warner Robins / Macon Area. The referring facilities include major hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices.
