Position Details:
Maintenance Techs
⢠Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
⢠HVAC experience and EPA certification required
⢠All facets of apartment make-ready
Carpenters
⢠Interior and Exterior remodeling
⢠Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation
⢠Sheetrock repair and finishing
⢠Kitchen and bath remodeling
⢠Basic electrical and plumbing
All applicants must have their own tools and transportation. Maintenance Tech positions must have a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency on-call.
