Rapid growing, privately held real estate investment and management seeks maintenance supervisor for 96 unit community and 108 unit community at desirable North Macon address. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising staff, completing all maintenance service requests and 24-hour maintenance service requests, completing make-ready process of vacant units, and alerting Property Manager of any unusual occurrences and/or damages that take and/or may occur. The successful candidate will have HVAC with experience within the property management industry. CPO certification a plus
