I am a local real estate investor looking for someone who lives in the Macon/WR area who can inspect and take pictures of properties for me.
Applicants must have dependable transportation.
Have the ability to look at a property with 12-24 hours of notice.
Have a working camera/camera phone.
I typically have between 3-5 houses that need to be photographed every week so the applicant can assume to spend about an hour per house driving and taking pictures included.
