Job Description:

MUST START ON OCTOBER 17th

Shift Schedules - all 1st shift but staggered starts:

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm PST

Monday - Friday 8:15am-4:45pm PST

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm PST

Monday - Friday 8:45am-5:15pm PST


Training Schedule:

8am - 5pm PST (2 weeks then staggered starts)


Description:

Ideal candidate:
Minimum experience - 1 year of customer service (can be face to face)
Call Center experience nice to have - not required
Job tenure is a high priority
Should be serious about converting to a FTE (note, if flipped to an FTE, they will have the opportunity for remote work)

Types of calls the agents will be taking: Lost/Stolen cards, force pin reset, balance inquiry, transaction disputes, transaction limits, atm limits, cards limits and restrictions.

Basic requirements for consideration:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer facing role, preferably in customer service
Experience with internet navigation and technology

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a customer facing Call Center environment, preferably with an online bill pay service or financial institution.
Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.
Familiar with using laptop, desktop with keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
