You will run the Parts department as a business and strive for increased growth through proactive customer calls and world-class customer service.

  • Customer first mindset
  • Management experience preferred
  • SAP and/or SalesForce experience preferred
  • Ability to motivate across a multi-depth team
  • Ability to build strong customer relationship and act as an escalation path to resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with inventory management
  • Experience with FIFO and supermarkets
  • Knowledge of Kanban and material flow
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting, sharing responsibilities and goals
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
  • Demonstrate capability of using persuasive selling skills
  • Ability to learn procedures and concepts quickly

  • Excellent computer skills-Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

What You'll Do
As the Parts Business Manager you'll be part of our Operations team located in Marietta, GA. Specifically, you'll:
  • Manage a cross functional parts team that is focused on internal & external customers
  • Strive for improvement, at all times, with a customer first mentality
  • Apply new sales and customer service techniques to allow for continued growth
  • Uphold 100% accuracy and 100% on time delivery for customer shipments
  • Maintain close alignment with supply chain to review inventory levels and prevent stock outs
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Transportation managers concerning shipments being shipped in accordance with purchase orders and to meet shipment cut-off times
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness for all cribs
  • Supervise the daily work schedules of Parts department employees
  • Determine space requirements for storage and schedule delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories to achieve distribution objectives and meet or exceed department metrics
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment, including powered vehicles, and ensure a safe, clean work- space
  • Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and other performance indicators and provide counseling to employees as required
  • Certify that all Parts department materials are organized and clearly identified
  • Ensure all parts received are properly and promptly entered SAP
  • Manage receiving of parts from suppliers and verifying parts for correctness, quality, and quantity
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by working with supply chain team to conduct daily cycle counts and do physical inventories on a yearly basis
  • Recommend changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the department
  • Provide parts answers and solutions for internal and external customers
  • Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment
  • Engage with customers to provide a positive consumer experience
  • Use parts knowledge to assist other CribMaster team members
  • Analyze daily reports about overall status of parts inventory to prevent negative impacts on customer orders and inventory levels
  • Understand and maintain ISO compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business requirements
