Designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains systems, applications, networks, and/or telecom and related processes to meet the functional objectives of the business. Assesses system, application, network, and/or telecom needs, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates and implement new advanced technologies. Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions. Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. Responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

Work as part of a team to do analysis, design, and development of new Appian based applications

Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.

Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews

Demo development efforts to Program team and business stakeholders

Work closely with testers/QA teams Provide support for Appian deployments:

Support Applications: Proactively monitor Appian applications, identify, and triage issues, and provide bug fixes.

CoE Support: Enhance Appian application operating manual, contribute to best practices built reusable utility tools and mentor other team members. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer, Information Technology, or related field

End to End Delivery (requirements through deployment) experience of large and /medium scale Appian applications for 2-3+ years Level 2 Appian certification

Practitioner in software design with at least 4+ years of hands-on technical experience

Experience of working as a part of development team from solution design through deployment

Experience of independently building a module within an application.

Knowledge/awareness of leading practices for Appian application design

Technical knowledge of Appian security controls

Experience of Agile delivery methodology and working knowledge of Jira/ Azure Dev Ops or any other agile tool kits

Knowledge/awareness of other technology tools in the ecosystem (ETL tools, API, scripting knowledge, database technologies (SQL, Maria DB), client server architecture, SOA, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Level 3 certification (or commensurate level of Appian experience)

Experience of business process and data modeling using mainstream tools (Visio, Aris, etc.)

Knowledge of application design patterns

Proven experience working with globally distributed team.
