Software Implementation Analyst (Jr. to Mid-level) We are expanding our software implementation team due to high demand from the market for our dynamic SaaS solution.
We are looking for junior (including recent grads with technical degrees) to mid-level Software Implementation Analysts to implement and configure our software for external clients. Implementation projects range from 2 to 8 weeks, and you will work on 6 to 8 projects at different stages simultaneously. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become a SME on our products
Assist with defining implementation standards and processes, measuring implementation metrics (quality, speed), and continuous improvement and process improvement changes
Identify root causes for any issues and drive for a efficient resolution
50-75% of the time you will be doing tech related activities (SQL, Command Line, XML, and software configurations)
Collaborate with internal teams and clients
Track time and expenses as required
Practice continuous improvement of our process, tools, and customer results
Stay current on our products, tools, and documentation
Facilitate meetings and gather requirements
Consult with clients on the configuration of the platform that will best meet their needs
Document client requirements for platform configuration changes
Collaborate and work with clients to complete configuration deliverables
Provide hands-on configuration of the platform using tools and some basic SQL
Loading data
This opportunity is a direct-hire position that can be up to 100% remote. When we open back up the office in Marietta (no set date yet), you will have the option to work out of the office, but it is not required. There may be times you need to attend important meetings in the office once it reopens. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Junior (including recent grads) to mid-level candidates
If a recent graduate, you must have a technical degree
Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements
SQL experience (including writing and executing queries)
Software configuration
Software implementation experience (high volume and rapid implementations)
Experience using tools to track and measure the software implementation project metrics (quality, speed, etc.)
Experience continuously improving the quality and speed of the software implementation process
Excellent communication skills
Consultative personality
Ability to do presentations for external clients
Strong troubleshooting skills
Self motivated and driven
Organized and analytical
