This job will have the following responsibilities
DESIRED SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in a technical area such as Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Experience in multiple lines of business such as Wireless Revenue assurance, customer care and sales operations.

Must have a comprehensive understanding of Wireless Promotions, Sales & Business processes across multiple channels and how they apply to the OMNI Experience.

Must be able to work independently in coordination with peers, interacting regularly with Enablement Team Leadership and maintain cross-functional relationships to success.

Quantitative and analytical skills, including ability to conduct outside/inside research, analyze data, and use google sheets/slides/docs effectively to develop models and drive analyses.

Strong business acumen.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • JOB DUTIES: This position is an integral part of the Customer Experience Enablement Team and will work with functional leaders within the Omni Experience Enablement organization. This is a Sr. Analyst position responsible for identifying, maintaining, and creating promo correction experience and business process management items. The position will collaborate with team members and stakeholders on approach, design, and execution of aligned strategies.

    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for identifying, creating, and tracking of promotion correction application enhancement development.
  • Manage promotions correction logic and Pega journey customization that correlate to and drive case management in multiple channels.
  • Will be required to Identify and create simplified use cases for complex process integration efforts.
  • Create detailed level requirements for proposed solutions, assisting in architecture and GTS grooming where needed to drive value.
  • Support the formulation of solution strategy; help identify and drive the development of key initiatives that align with VCX strategy.
  • Create and present executive level readouts to a wide variety of stakeholders at differing levels of detail.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining promo correction application experience. This includes, but is not limited to, Pega journey creation, maintenance, and participation in large scale transformation and review efforts.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Bachelors degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

Three or more years in Customer Experience background.

Two or more years in Wireless operations experience preferred.

Experience with back end system processes for sales, promotions and revenue assurance.
