Location: Milton, GA
Description: This position is for QA Automation Test Engineer
Leading Testing efforts multiple projects coordinating with on-site and off-shore resources to develop test scenarios for both enterprise releases and smaller maintenance releases
Strong Functional Testing experience with knowledge of QA Automation tools.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and maintaining automated and manual test scripts for the purpose of application project testing, and regression testing scripts.
Candidate will work closely with other QA team members, Project Managers, and various Development team members to ensure adequate test coverage.
Candidates will test user interfaces, web applications and/or web services to identify software problems and their causes.
This position requires excellent understanding of Quality Assurance principles for fast paced Agile Environment.
Working closely with the business UAT teams, 3rd party vendors, and other internal IT teams to
Test business processes/products across applications with an end-to-end process flow.
Manage escalations with developers regarding code defects, fix priority and ticket closure.
Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life-cycle, including system analysis
REQUIRED
4+ Years of Automation tools for QA - Selenium, SOAP UI/Postman, qTEST.
4+ Years of Function testing experience
3+ Years of Oracle, Write SQL queries
Exposure to Unix/Linux & scripting tools
OTHER SKILLS
Functional knowledge regarding Order provisioning, Billing as it relates to Telecom is huge Plus
Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins/ GITlab) is a plus
Exposure of Open source tools and Cloud Environment
