Conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans will be the main responsibilities in this position. Daily operations will also consist of advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. Interact with team members in a business partner role in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is comfortable with large amounts of information and adept at managing expectations
Keep track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations and enabling business partners to handle their resources
Lead monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required
Drive Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting
Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution
Complete and direct forecasting reports
Ensure plans are properly executed by working with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations
Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes
Possess the know-how and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending Requirements - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience prioritized)
Experience with manufacturing
Strong familiarity with workday
Hyland experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP
5+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

experience in in Spreadsheet and ERP system
