3Ci is recruiting an Infrastructure Administrator for our rapidly growing client in Newnan, GA. As the Infrastructure Administrator, you will resolve tier 2 technical issues for clients. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in implementation and configuration of server-based environments (not peer-to-peer)
Expert at 3rd party hardware and software troubleshooting
VPN infrastructure design and administration (PTP, client based, Encrypted, IPsec)
Expert with Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016; Small Business Server 2003/2008/2012/2016; Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013/2016
Advanced knowledge of:
Remote Management Systems/Software/Agents
Virtualization technologies from host to virtualized machine management and administration (Hyper-V; VMWare; Citrix Xen)
Extensive experience with onsite/offsite backup configurations as well as data restorations; Experience with SAN and NAS backup environments
Expert at DNS troubleshooting; A, MX, CNAME record management and troubleshooting
Expert knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Products (Current versions especially)
Implementing and configuring business class networks
Networking (i.e.) TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, OSI model
Microsoft Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 Operating Systems
Setting up and configuring wireless networks (RADIUS and AD management sign-on; Various WAP security protocols; Wireless management systems)
Setting up and configuring printers in a network environment (Print Server management; LDAP integration; Remote access security and administration; user login scripting)
Installing and configuring Enterprise level antivirus software
Configuring Microsoft Outlook - RPC over HTTP, POP/IMAP, Exchange relay
Basic Knowledge of:
Centralized mobile device management
Microsoft SharePoint
HTML, PHP, ASP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MSCE/MCP/MCTS certification (preferred)
A+, Network+, Security+ certification (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve tier 3 technical issues for clients
Travel to client site (southwest Atlanta) 30% of the time to resolve technical issues and 70% of the time, issues can be resolved remotely.
90% of the hours are spent between 8 AM to 5 PM
