Perform requirements analysis, systems analysis and design work, create appropriate documentation for use in estimating and specifying project work. Deliver JDE functional application designs and solutions through the ability to transform user requirements to program specifications and to communicate effectively with developers and end users throughout the process. Provide oversight for JDE Finance functional consultants engaged in project activities. Communicate and present complex concepts throughout the organization from end-users through senior level management. Manage relationships with end users, senior management, and within IT in a matrixed-resource environment. Troubleshoot and isolate application issues and provide initial troubleshooting on JD Edwards application such as functionality issues with the user community and other IT teams supporting JD Edwards. Provide project leadership in the areas of functional design and testing. Perform mass data analysis for troubleshooting and implementation efforts. Collaborate with the WestRock Financial Systems team to broker smooth transition of initiatives from project phase to support phase. Provide regular status updates to the IT Director, JDE and Enterprise Systems regarding workload, project status, priorities and issues/roadblocks needing resolution.Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Alternatively employer will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a computer-related occupation.
