This position is for a Bail Bonding Agents who will work directly with clients as well as officers at the Adult Detention Center. This position is within a call center type environment where the majority of time spent in office will be answering calls and data entry with an extremely fast paced company. This potential employee will be responsible for explaining the legal processes necessary for a bail bond. The Agent will also be responsible for obtaining necessary detailed information from clients. S/he will travel to the Adult Detention Center to fill out the legal documents required by that agency for the defendant to be released from custody. The agent will also be responsible for general office/clerical duties. The ability to retain information quickly is an absolute must!
Applicants must have good communication skills developed from experience working directly with customers or clients. All applicants must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation. Applicant must have at least 1 year experience in a call center type environment and be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
There are two positions available:
Full Time 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 4pm until 12am with occasional weekend.
Part Time 3rd Shift, Saturday 8pm-8am and Sunday 8pm-8am
