Local bonding company looking a customer service agent in their Risk Management Department. The potential candidate would be responsible for contacting clients and relaying crucial information pertaining to court appearances. Candidate would also be responsible for obtaining necessary detailed information from clients and performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.

Applicant must have:

Exceptional customer service skills.

Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office.

Proficient in use of email and internet.

Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills-both verbal and written.

Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Must type 30+WPM.

Must be trusted to keep all private client information confidential.

Schedule is 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Potential client must have prior customer service experience.
