Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a Product Owner to oversee several of their business applications. This resource will provide product oversight for collaboration capabilities with Microsoft Teams and AvePoint (provisioning engine). The role is focused only on collaboration functionality; not on telephony/unified communications. This is a 100% REMOTE contract position that may extend.
Responsibilities:

• Backlog grooming in ADO
• Internal customer request intake triage
• M365 roadmap monitoring
• Partnering with communications and training resources on feature rollout timing as well as reviewing internal news stories/launch announcements and training materials/quick start card development
• Research, analysis and testing for new MSFT Teams and AvePoint features
• Service desk level 2 support
• Testing and configuring AvePoint/myHub enhancements based on user stories in ADO

• Product management experience
• Microsoft 365 experience; especially with Microsoft Teams
• Application configuration experience
• Good communications and writing skills
• Willingness to both lead and get work done
