• Assist trading partners with the implementation, testing and support of inbound and outbound data connections
• Support external customers and internal processing areas by troubleshooting data issues
• Oversee the technical efforts associated with implementing EDI trading partners
• Serve as a liaison between the IT and the business
• Implement, configure, test and support EDI integration with the back-end transactional system and D365
• Onboard new customers and vendors to leverage EDI for documentation transfer
• Ensure all system changes are processed according to the company change control guidelines
• Support integration with IBM Sterling Integrator (VAN) and webMethods business process integration
• Build interfaces with existing and new trading partners
• Build, configure, test and implement new EDI document types
• Perform Webmethods installation and upgrade activities

• Extensive experience with Software AG WebMethods EDI platform including configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and development
• Solid understanding of business practices and industry-standard EDI formats
• Extensive knowledge of communication protocols
• Ability to test communication with trading partners
• Ability to work with end-users and trading partners to define business requirements for the new projects and support existing processes
• Experience supporting automated solutions
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Motivated to learn and prioritize own work assignments
• Good verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
