Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IAM and Security Support Specialist for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Automotive clients in Sandy Springs, GA.
Responsibilities :
The role for the IAM and Security Support Specialist, is responsible for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the organization and additionally supports the Information Security Architect (ISA) with the mitigation of security findings. In this role, he/she also supports the incident-, change- and problem management process.
As part of his/her role, the IAM & Sec. support specialist manages the GEMS access for specific applications, documents the process and tracks the performance of the helpdesk, based on KPIs and SLAs. This also includes the full handling of the AD IDs (Move/Add/Change/Delete/Audit).
To support the ISA, the IAM and Security support specialist will help with gathering the data for the security KPIs and SLAs for the monthly reports.
They will also be responsible for the tracking of the Qualys remediation, within the ITT/CS organization, making sure the teams close their findings in time.
The role also serves as primary contact for the Controls Framework, helping the teams with the implementation of it.
Manage GEMS access for specific applications
User Management within AD domain
Weekly tracking of Qualys remediation for ITT/CS
Primary contact for Controls Framework
Weekly / monthly infrastructure security reports
Implement appropriate control methodologies for all topics
Serve as PlanningIT Champion for ITT/CS
Identify, evaluate and implement best practices
Serve as Application Owner for AXS-One
Required Skills:
Bachelor Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in:
Business Management
Computer Science
Or similar degree, or equivalent experience
Must have 3 - 5 years (total) of experience in the following:
Identity and access management
AD and Group Policy experience
General IT Security
Incident & Problem Management
Provider Management
Service Optimization
KPI Management
Process Optimization
ITIL v4
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills for structuring complex issues
Sound knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
Overarching understanding of the service portfolio
Deep understanding of the technology streams
Experience in process analysis and process optimization
Experience with operational processes according to ITIL
Expertise in using business consulting methods, tools and standards, and can apply them independently
Communicates clearly, precisely, convincingly and appropriately to the situation
Sovereignty in dealing with stakeholders in an intercultural project environment
Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations
Ability to engage and facilitate large audiences in trainings or events
Experience in the moderation and conflict resolution of heterogeneous, partly interdisciplinary groups
Is capable to transfer best practices, experiences and knowledge to others
Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment and ability to understand and digest complexity is key. Has working experience in an "agile " project environment
Must be capable of dissecting complex problems and breaking it simplified, digestible pieces
Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule
