ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee Production in their office (20 %)
Review entered/scheduled/complete reports
Review status aging report
Recruit new installers (20 %)
Review installer pending report
Use support services resources to understand different ways to recruit
Spends time at supply houses and talking to existing installers about new installers
Makes Recruiting Specialist aware of installer needs
Manage pad and F&I carpet inventory (10 %)
Counts all pad on a monthly basis
Counts all F&I carpet on a quarterly basis
Audits 3 F&I roles each week
Optimize scheduling capacity (10 %)
Reviews whiteboard each day to determine if jobs should be adjusted for the next day
Reviews installer capacity with each installer on a monthly basis
Build relationships with local Home Depot store associates and DSM (10 %)
Visits stores in market on a regular basis
Manage safety of their office and warehouse (10 %)
Completes safety audits on a weekly basis
Verifies warehouse associate(s) is completing forklift maintenance checklist
Repairs any items found during safety inspection completed by Regulatory Compliance Team
Maintain customer relationships, addressing issues with expediency (20 %)
Immediately follow-up on customer care tickets, including detailed notes in the CRM
Attempts to schedule service tickets as soon as they are received
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Must be able to submit proof of employment eligibility.
Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and possess vehicle insurance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in a production environment
Background in floor covering and/or understands basic construction
Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company
