Field Inspector, Team Lead

Supervise work activities and lead a team of Field Inspectors to ensure procedures are being followed. Observe sampling of vessels, railcars, trucks, and stockpiles following the established protocols to obtain representative samples.Train Field Inspectors according to approved methods and SOPs.Champion & Train field inspectors team on the use of Health & Safety and Reporting systems.Requisition materials and supplies for operations.Prepare and review reports.Ensure work practices and field inspections are carried out according to established methods, SOPs and that they meet all QC standards and best practices where this is required or appropriate.Ensure the proper use and (preventative) maintenance of department equipment and tools. Maintain and record equipment calibrations.Follow all company health, safety and environmental policies.
