Fast paced, high volume restaurant/bakeshop looking for experienced bread bakers, pastry/savory cooks and guest counter sales positions.
Bread Bakers: Mixing, shaping, fermenting, proofing, baking and dough lamination.
Pastry: Dough lamination, fruit fillings, pastry shaping, baking, finishing, cookie and croissant work.
AM & PM Counter Sales: Daily artful product displays, guest interaction, ability to lead guests through special orders, great verbal & written communication skills.
All positions require sense of urgency, being able to work in a high stress but fun atmosphere, punctuality, self-motivation, a desire to learn and strive for the best.
