The Fat Radish is opening a new restaurant in Savannah at the beginning of June 2019! We are looking for Server Assistants and Runners to join our team.
Applicants should be energetic, charismatic and genuinely hospitable while being capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Our focus is on professionalism and providing superior customer experience. Although were willing to train, we would prefer some experience working in a similar position. Applicants should possess the following skills:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to understand and respond to guest's needs
- Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentational skills
- Able to organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently and use initiative
