Process Work orders
Invoicing
Answering Phones Professionally
Route Scheduling
Prepare Documents & Estimates
Data Entry
Monthly Statement Audits
Maintain accurate and timely files, both electronic and paper
Provide Support to Office Staff and Technicians
General Office Duties
Requirements-
QuickBooks experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Great customer service/phone etiquette
Monday - Friday
Compensation: $12 to $15 based on experience
