Seeking a temporary, part-time individual to work Monday - Friday from 10 am - 3 pm for 8 weeks. This may work into a full time permanent position.
Duties include:
Answering phone
Logging issues into the computer
Making appointments for owner
Filing
Sorting Mail
Registering for trade shows
Booking hotels, flights and rental cars
Packaging booth and marketing material and sending to show
Calling clients for past due payments
Must have intricate knowledge on computer - QuickBooks, Power Point, Spreadsheet and be able to post on social media (Insta, LinkedIn, FB,) Some accounting background or marketing background is a plus.
Salary is based on experience.
