Part time HR/admin position (Approx 20 hours/week). This position will be responsible for the following:
Remote work is not an option for this position.
Recruiting, New hire orientations, onboarding; all employee relations
Perform all Human Resource functions to insure the company and it's employees are compliant with all company and legal policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
Manage benefits, enrollments, Cobra & reconcile insurance bills
ACA reporting
Unemployment claims and filings
Employee training/ Certifications
Maintain payroll files
Assist with corporate admin and communication
Admin support for Accounting, payroll department and marketing
Be able to travel from the corporate office to other locations in the Charleston area
HR and benefit knowledge is required.
