A local leasing office is looking for a technician to join their maintenance team! This job will have steady hours. We are looking for a hard-working individual with previous maintenance background preferred.

Primary Role: Painter
-Sheet Rock Repair
-Cleaning/Prepping Walls for Paint (removing nails, tacks, and other inconsistencies)
-Painting flat, semigloss, and ceilings
-Caulking
-General Repair
Secondary Role: Maintenance Technician
-Completing tenant work orders by investigating issues in an efficient way and carrying out repair in a timely manner.
-Routine Pest Control
-Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors
-Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the community and correct them or report them to the maintenance supervisor/management
-Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community
-Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including completing any necessary repairs or replacements
-Ensure upkeep of community appearance by replacing light bulbs, removing trash and litter, painting and performing repairs
-Accurately complete records in system regarding service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready of vacant apartments
-Perform electrical and plumbing work as required
-Assist with grounds-keeping, housekeeping, distribution of notices, apartment inspections, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation and mobile device
Must be available on call, weekends, and occasionally holidays for emergency maintenance
Must be available to work Monday-Friday 11pm-5pm
