Overview

The Global Partner Program Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of key elements within the Secureworks Global Partner Program and maintaining a program cadence across the broader channel organization. To accomplish this, you will act as a liaison between sales operations, channel sales, and programs. The objective of this role is to deliver a positive experience for partners engaging in the global program as well as driving efficiencies for the channel sales teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as Primary Product Owner of the Channel Services Agile Development Team
  • Partner with channel operations to identify process improvement requirements, track program deliverables and major milestones
  • Provide monthly program updates to Channel Leadership team and key functional owners
  • Manage program documentation, ensuring version control
  • Provide support for quarterly program initiatives as prioritized


Minimum Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Experience in Channel Operations/Sales Operations
  • Good customer focus, and excellent communications skills
  • Capability to work under stress with calmness and composure

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Agile Development Product Owner Experience
  • Knowledge of Jira and Product Board
  • Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies
