5+ years of experience using STIBO as an MDM developer
Agile experience
At least 1 year of Lead Development experience
Communication is extremely important as they will need to mentor the team while serving as one of the main points of contact for the business and IT
Are any of them flexible? + Understanding integration, integration patterns, key languages: python, mongo db (document oriented db), retail
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be responsible for the lead development from a technical perspective while also helping to direct the Jr. developers on the team in order to mentor them through some of the more complex solutions they will be responsible for. They will be doing hands on technical development as well as data modeling, writing business rules, building and architecting web UIs and work flows based on business rules and requirements. Communicate updates to the business, management and IT teams while working with onshore and offshore teams to deliver the expected outcomes of each project.
