Properly maintain equipment and inventory in your possession.

Turn in sales orders promptly, completed, and properly signed.

Create activity plan and discuss with Team Leader.

Market within territory by initiating mailings and promotion of trade shows or product introductions.

Ensure that all customer equipment is installed as agreed and train customer how to effectively use all features of equipment.

Periodically contact each customer to ensure satisfaction and to receive referrals.

Work with collections department, if needed, to assist with customer payments.

Aid in resolving customer complaints.

Make new business calls in an adequate number to potential buyers to secure appointments with the proper decision-making individuals.

Analyze wants and needs of prospective clients before making a demonstration.

Maintain records on potential buyers, their current equipment, and call back dates after each business call.

Be knowledgeable about competitor’s products.

Attend educational programming that is designed to maintain and increase knowledge pertaining to organization’s goals.

Work with all departmental managers relative to personnel and customer needs analysis.

Support co-workers.

Gain additional training on own time as well as attending company sponsored programs and seminars.

Required:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Concentration, speed, and accuracy to handle paperwork expeditiously a must.

Accuracy in math calculations.

Familiarity with personal computers and networks.

High level of confidentiality.

Customer service oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills.

Positive businesslike behavior and appearance.

Ability and willingness to travel.

Proactive sense of urgency to take initiative.

Positive attitude towards co-workers and customers.

Preferred:Sales experience.

College degree.
