Job Description

Mammoth Holdings is seeking a Site Manager to run one of their car wash locations in the Greater Atlanta Area. The Site Manager would be solely responsible for running all aspects of the car wash including customer service, subscription sales, efficiency of processes, labor and maintenance management and more. The Site Manager will report directly to the District Manager and will have 10-15 direct reports. This position requires managing employees, customers, and mechanical equipment all at once. As more locations are acquired, this person could have the opportunity to help open a new location or even become a District Manager. Ultimately, the Site Manager will have incredible growth opportunity within a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all Operations and employees at one location
  • Be mindful of Front of House and Back of House operations simultaneously
  • Increase monthly car wash subscription sales
  • Train, coach, and motivate the team
  • Oversee car wash operations to ensure efficiency
  • Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, accounting, etc.
  • Work alongside employees during peak periods in the day
  • Interact with customers whether greeting or problem solving
  • Assist in repairs and maintenance when necessary
  • Recruit and hire hourly employees
  • Meet regularly with District Manager and communicate with other Site Managers
  • Influence and maintain company culture and mission

Qualifications

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 2-5+ experience managing and leading others
  • Quick service management experience preferred
  • Customer service minded; care for people
  • Enjoys working on and alongside a team and has a positive attitudeGoals oriented and results driven
  • Driven, organized, and energetic
  • Problem solving in a timely manner
  • Possesses some maintenance and repair understanding
  • Ability to hustle and keep eyes on several things at once
  • Ability to manage conflict and motivate a team
  • Can quickly build rapport/relationships with others
