Metal FramerHERS is recruiting Metal Framers to join an established, Georgia-based company that designs and manufactures steel systems to start work at theend of August. The Metal Framers specialize in utilizing electric or hand tools to build and install wall systems.Description:The successful candidate should be a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. If you have previous framing and construction experience, you are an ideal candidate for this position. This full-time, permanent position requires 2 years of metal framing experience or experience working with steel forms. The company is offering $12 - $15 per hour based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package will be available to employees after 90 days. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Working alongside the shop foreman, plan the sequence of operation, move parts into position, align parts, attach parts as needed, straighten warped or bent parts;Position and tighten braces, jacks, clamps, screw, and bolts;Ensure conformance to specifications;Follow company's procedures and protocols;Cooperate with a team and share information across the organization; and Practice and comprehend safe work procedures.Qualifications: Basic steel fabrication skills (saw, drill, punch, etc.);Ability to read a tape measure;Must be able to read blueprints;2 years of metal framing experience or steel form building experience; Physically capable of manipulating heavy objects;Verifiable work experience/history;Driver's license and clean driving record; and Ability to pass drug and background screening.If you are qualified, please email your resume to kgallagher@her-solutions.com.Hyrian Elite Recruitment Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes a Drug Free Workplace.
