Recent Graduate/Long Term Trainee
Must have completed and graduated CDL-A school
Truck Driving School certificate copy
90 or above GPA
No MVR violations
Orientation Pay
Drivers with OTR Experience - $1,100
Recent graduates or No OTR Experience - $800
Bonuses
Experienced flatbed drivers (requiring no training) - $5,000
Flatbed drivers with 6 months of verified OTR experience - $5,000
Flatbed drivers with less than 6 months but at least 3 months of verified OTR experience - $3,000
Recent grads and flatbed drivers with less than 3 months of verified OTR experience - $1,000
All bonuses are paid out over the first 6 months of employment
