Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProvides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.Analyze technical SIGINT (including ELINT and Foreign Instrumentation SIGINT) data with a focus on producing reporting using community tools, databases, and production systems to create and disseminate products. These products will be published in accordance with the NSA reporting standards, within classification guidelines, and used to update pertinent databases.Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer to collect, analyze and distribute SIGINT/ELINT products.Perform analysis at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications of electronic emissions, as well as to correlate and report on electronic emissions as pertains to scope and purpose of observed activities. Perform signal processing and identify waveform characteristics to develop a technical assessment of the ELINT dataUtilize sophisticated digital signal processing and associated equipment. Perform duties in Operational Analysis, Technical Analysis, Reporting, as Technical Advisor, or in various support areas such as Data Archiving, Data Base Maintenance, Training in various analysis disciplines, or preparation and maintenance of specific Data Files and reference data. Must have a firm understanding of RADAR theory and application and be able to interpret the data to determine system performance and limitations.Performs quality control of SIGINT/ELINT reports before release.Subject matter expert on SIGINT/ELINT related issues.Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. Minimum Qualifications5+ years with Bachelors or 3+ years with Masters or 0 years with PhD or JD or HS diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience. One operational deployment as an Intelligence Analyst is acceptable in lieu of 2 years of experience.5 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis. Previous experience working SIGINT/ELINT support with a focus on Russia.Detailed knowledge of various SIGINT/ELINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures.Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT/ELINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.Valid US Passport Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.Preferred Requirements2 Years’ experience supporting USARPAC as an ELINT Analyst.4 Years’ experience supporting USINDOPACOM as an ELINT Analyst.Experience with the following or similar: CED, MARTES, GRAPEVINE, JADE, MIDB, PEOB, EWIR, GALE Lite, or ASPENPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
