We are an established North Shore based General Contracting firm located in Haleiwa. We specialize in custom homes and commercial type projects with project values ranging from $100K to $7 Million.

We are looking for an individual to primarily assist with accounting and job costing but other tasks might include:

1. Assisting with daily employee time reports.

2. Submitting/inputting weekly payroll through PEO.

3. Answering office phone and greeting walk-in visitors.

4. Reading through, organizing, and potentially responding to general company emails.

Qualifications and characteristics of the applicant should include:

1. Positive, upbeat attitude with willingness to learn.

2. Self-starter with willingness to take the initiative.

3. Good organizational skills.

4. Quickbooks experience.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.

6. Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

7. Experience or background in the Construction industry not required but would be a plus.

8. CADD/Drafting experience not required but would be a plus.

We would envision the position mostly working from our physical office in Haleiwa, though some hours could potentially be done from home. To start, this position would likely be 20 hours a week, but could easily grow to more hours for the right person.
