We are looking for an Accounting Manager/Controller to join our team to help oversee multiple entities.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, etc. for multiple entities.
Ensures all financial reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner
Balancing of books daily
Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports
Responsible for monthly financial statements
Prepares and presents financial statements and related reports including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, and budgets
Preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.
Position has broad accounting and finance responsibilities
Required travel from Campbell to Honolulu at times.
Required abilities and skills:
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with changing priorities at times
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Quick Books, 10-key experience
Stable work history
5+ years’ experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks
