Site Manager or Resident Manager 52 unit condominium development in Mokuleia

The Board of Directors is seeking a full-time Site Manager or Resident Manager for a 52 unit condominium in Mokuleia.
The candidate must have a proven track record in site management, and have been or currently is a site manager or resident manager or the equivalent . Knowledge involving the day-to-day operation of a residential development is a must, have a comprehensive understanding of the operation of sprinkler systems, landscaping, hands on minor building repair, people skills, good communication, and computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook. Must be able to work independently. Generous salary for the qualified candidate including full paid medical.
Employment may include housing at the property if needed.
Applicant must currently live in the State of Hawaii. Relocations will not be considered. Those without the previous experience listed above will not be considered.
