ÂCatering Sales Associate Job Duties:
Maintain and grow food and beverage sales with existing and new clientsÂÂ
Create and prepare banquet proposals
Maintain and update customer records
Meet with clients to discuss orders, take payments
Â
Catering Sales Associate Requirements:
Prior admin/office experience â preferably in retail sales/hospitality
Ability to type min 40-45wpm Â
Intermediate level proficiency - MS OfficeÂ
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of local foods and areas around the island
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and provide exceptional customer service
