The Customer Service Representative will help create a fun and engaging experience for guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding 808 Bounce LLC safety regulations.
Start date: June 30, 2020
Schedule: Monday through Sunday, part-time.
$10.10/hour starting pay.
Qualifications
Ability to count, use a cash register (training will be provided), keep track of sales, and fill out a simple daily sales report.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff members.
Ability to enforce rules.
Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Handle cash transactions with customers.
Make sure waivers are signed.
Greet and assist customers.
Make sure party rooms and staff are running on schedule.
Answer all phone calls; return phone calls before shift is over.
Provide information about products and services.
Sanitize bouncers, vacuum the stores, take out trash, clean tables, tidy tables and chairs.
Ensure children and parents follow store policies.
