Position: Game Master for Virtual Reality and Live Action Games

We are looking for a detail oriented, alert and organized, technically inclined, smart, energetic and hard-working individuals to pro actively engage customers. The professional should be willing and ready to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop and grow within our start-up style business culture. We expect to expand our operations soon and professional growth within the organization is available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcoming in customers
Operating and monitoring games
Maintaining game equipment
Troubleshooting game issues
Updating bookings as necessary
Basic facility maintenance and housekeeping
Ensuring full customer satisfaction from beginning to end
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
some experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Must be computer literate and able to learn required software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, most importantly on the weekends.
Job Type: Part-time to start , Full-time available for the right candidate after 3 months trial period
