We are looking for a detail oriented, alert and organized, technically inclined, smart, energetic and hard-working individuals to proactively engage customers. The professional should be willing and ready to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop and grow within our start-up style business culture. We expect to expand our operations soon and professional growth within the organization is available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming in customers
- Operating and monitoring games
- Maintaining game equipment
- Troubleshooting game issues
- Updating bookings as necessary
- Basic facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Ensuring full customer satisfaction from beginning to end
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule during after-business hours.
- Interests in gaming, video games, or escape rooms definitely a plus!
