DECKHANDS - Full-time and Part-time
Eager to work on the ocean with a top-notch crew providing exceptional customer service with the highest level of safety standards. Strong swimming skills and ability to free-dive 15 ft. to tie up mooring. Lifeguard and 1st Aid certifications helpful (we will also train).
Pre-employment and on-going random drug testing required.
Schedule and hours may vary according to staffing needs seasonally. Must be available to work peak seasons, daytime, evening shifts including weekends & holidays.
Benefits include Medical, vision, Rx, dental, chiropractic, and massage, Vacation/PTO (paid time off), boat passes, retirement/profit sharing, Premium pay for working the manta night snorkel.
$500 hiring bonus for FT $200 after 30 days employment, $300 after 6 months. Prorated for P/T
