Looking to gain some experience in the healthcare industry? Check out this full-timeÂCustomer Service Representative opening. This role will be in charge of building and maintaining positive relationships with providers.
This is a temporary position starting in April and running for approximately 2 to 3 months.Â
Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Location:
DowntownOahu: Honolulu
Pay:
$14.00 HourlyAdditional Responsibilities:
Reach out to providers via phone and email to confirm participation and details
ScanÂrelevant documents and maintain an accurate filing system
Update provider records in database and track spreadsheets
Provide administrative support to the provider relations department
Perform other duties as needed
Required Education and Qualifications:
Previous office experience desirable
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to commit for the full duration of the assignment
