I hope this ad finds you healthy and in good spirits. We are currently hiring for Professional sales and/or Management positions for the right individual.
We are the Altig-Orlovic Agency (Altig.com). We are a results driven company where promotions, and advancements are not based on seniority but on performance and how you contribute to our organization to make it grow. New challenges come each day with this position so we need a person who has a personal drive for achievement. Our offices have done very well over the past four years and we are now looking to expand our operation to better handle our membership. We work in the a little know niche in the Financial Services Industry, we are contracted to handle and take care of over 25,000 unions and associations throughout the US.
We are looking for individuals that have a positive mind set, see challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement, and most importantly willing to learn the companies systems and processes. We everything going on we are now working harder than ever, but we are working safer than ever as well. We are now able to handle all of our members virtually. Our first year managers typically earn between 72k-85k avg, our senior managers earn 105k+.
